Returns Policy

You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

We however do not accept the return of any hose purchased.

The customer is required to pay the shipping costs for return of the goods.

You should expect to receive your store credit within days of Speedflow receiving the returned goods.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button, next to the "View Order Details" Button.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some restrictions do apply to deliveries shipped to international destinations. Please note that customs and duty charges may apply to international customers and is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for these.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

When shipping with Toll Air Bags, a No Signature Required sticker will be attached to avoid expensive re-delivery charges. The package will be left at the premises if no one is there when the delivery is made.
